Great product. Great service.
I have bought three bookcases from the company so far. All three bookcases turned out great. They had switched to thinner back panels at the time I bought my second bookcase. I have to say, I like them better than the thicker ones (now discontinued). The thinner back panels make the bookcases lighter to carry yet they still look great. Directions to assemble were easy to follow (a lot better than IKEA, for instance), and Jerry, the owner, was very gracious in giving me some knot-free side pieces so I could stain them to match some cherry furniture I have in the same room. All in all, I found this to be a great product at a great price, along with excellent service, to boot.
