Covid-19 Update

Production times are currently extended due to the Covid shutdowns earlier this year.  While we are categorized as an essential business and remained open, many of our workers are older and retired, and many chose to voluntarily stay home earlier this spring.  Please allow extra time for your order to me made.  If your need is urgent please Contact Us, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.



Production/Lead Time


All of our products are handcrafted to your order.  Production time generally varies between 2-4 weeks, but can vary.  This is only an estimate and not a guarantee.



Free Shipping by FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery service on most items.  Once your order is shipped transit time is 1-5 business days.  Besides uploading your tracking numbers, we also have FedEx email you tracking/shipment information as well.  It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information (including estimated delivery date) to proprogate in their system.  FedEx also provides you the option of having them hold your shipment, or they can deliver it to your local FedEx/Kinkos location for your pickup.

Please check your tracking information for a delivery date.  While you don't have to be home or sign for the delivery, FedEx insurance doesn't cover theft after delivery.  If you live in a area with lots of foot traffic it would be best if you could have a neighbor take your shipment in for you, or have it delivered to a work address if possible.

We can also offer Saturday deliveries using FedEx Home service for most items if you would prefer to be home at the time of delivery.  FedEx Home also offers appointment based deliveries for an upcharge.  Please contact us for more details.


Returns/Cancellation Policy


All of our products are handmade to order.  As such we do not allow cancellations without penalty after 48 hours of purchase.  If you need to cancel your order after production has begun, a refund less 20% will be issued.  

We will accept returns for any unused item (item that has not been assembled) that has not been customized in any way (size, color, finish etc) if you notify us within 10 days of receipt for a refund less 20% or actual cost of freight to help cover the original shipping costs, and the cost to repackage.  You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us.  Please keep in mind that shipping heavy furniture is extremely exspensive.  Two way freight can easily reach 60-70% of the organginal purchase price.


Items that are damaged during shipment will be repaired or replaced and are not eligible to be returned for a refund.  FedEx has become extremely strict withe their claims and will only pay for the actual replacement parts that are damaged, not the value of the entire unit.
